Whew! Just when I think I’m going to be bored to tears, the weekend rolls around and life becomes a whirlwind of people and places. However, it’s now Wednesday and I’m back to being bored. Mom came back from South Carolina, and then left again earlier this afternoon. Dad left yesterday to Denver, so it’s up to me hold the fort. Except, I don’t really have anything to do. Horses are fed until Friday, cows are out on the lease, and Munchkin is sleeping to my left.
Thank goodness Dad is having me do market research on the utilities industry or I wouldn’t know what to do with myself. So far it’s been pretty interesting. I started the afternoon off with seeing what was new with the Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Plant since it has dropped off the media’s radar here in the U.S for the most part. So far, the plant is still leaking radioactive material into the air and into the water. Not good.
Hopefully tomorrow I can go to Pueblo and get my driver’s license renewed and also spend sometime with my friend Becky. Also on the list of things to do is buy Munchkin a swimsuit and see if I can’t sell some of his clothes that don’t fit (an entire trash bag already).
